The Maya Team is looking to hire a Bilingual Administrative Assistant.

Our mission is to create a first class world experience for our clients and we are seeking a Marketing Assistant who is passionate about helping us reach our goals and supporting the team.

We currently seeking a talented, driven and ambitious Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an opportunity to join an exciting, young organization with ability to grow your career as the company grows.

Tasks:

  • Manage Multiple Phone Calls and Messages:
  • Track and Update Calendar (Must have experience with this)
  • Coordinate Marketing Events
  • Administrative Support

 

Skill:

  • Must be advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint
  • Must be strong Planning and Organization
  • Excellent Time Management and able to effectively prioritize
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapting the unexpected events
  • Self-starter and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Exemplary demonstrated work ethic and pro-active, “can do” approach
  • Must have at least 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or office
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues
  • Preferred Bilingual – Spanish and English
