Tasks:
- Manage Multiple Phone Calls and Messages:
- Track and Update Calendar (Must have experience with this)
- Coordinate Marketing Events
- Administrative Support
Skill:
- Must be advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint
- Must be strong Planning and Organization
- Excellent Time Management and able to effectively prioritize
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapting the unexpected events
- Self-starter and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Exemplary demonstrated work ethic and pro-active, “can do” approach
- Must have at least 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or office
- Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues
- Preferred Bilingual – Spanish and English
